Third Board of Directors Meeting of the Year

On the morning of Thursday, 27-06-2024, the company’s Board of Directors held its third meeting of the year at the company’s headquarters in the capital, Tripoli. The meeting was attended by the Acting General Manager, Mr. Emad Al-Muqri, and the Deputy General Manager for the Eastern Region, Mr. Ramzi Al-Arfi.

The meeting addressed several important items and memoranda presented by the company’s executive management. Many significant decisions were made concerning employee matters and strategic topics that will greatly impact the company’s status, improve its performance levels, and increase its revenues, which will reflect positively on the company’s assets, financial position, and employees.

The Chairman and Board members emphasized the need for the General Manager and the affiliated departments to fulfill their assigned roles and exercise their granted powers in accordance with the company’s regulations and laws.

The Board of Directors is keen on increasing the company’s income sources and not relying solely on fuel marketing, which has recently faced significant challenges across the country.

The meeting concluded in the afternoon, with the Board of Directors urging everyone to intensify their efforts to consider the company’s interests and for everyone to perform their duties in their respective fields and areas of work.
