Meeting to Enhance Administrative and Financial Efficiency at Libya Oil Joint Venture

As part of the continuous efforts by the Chairman of the Board to improve and enhance the administrative and financial efficiency at Libya Oil Joint Venture, a comprehensive meeting was held last Tuesday, 30-07-2024. The meeting included representatives from the IT Department, Financial Operations Department, and Human Resources Department of Libya Oil Joint Venture, as well as representatives from Lab Tech, a subsidiary of the Libya Africa Investment Portfolio, at the company’s headquarters. The purpose was to discuss the installation and implementation of a Human Resources Management System and a payroll system that supports biometric devices.

The meeting reviewed the proposed systems’ outlines, aiming to develop and streamline payroll and administrative procedures in line with best global practices. The discussion covered the technical and administrative aspects of the system, as well as the expected benefits and implementation mechanisms.

During the meeting, attendees exchanged views and experiences, and future steps were identified to ensure the effective implementation of the system to achieve the desired goals.

Through this initiative, we aim to enhance transparency and efficiency in payroll management and simplify administrative procedures, contributing to the overall performance improvement and employee satisfaction.
