Implementation of the Second Phase of the Company’s Training Courses for 2024

In the framework of enhancing employee efficiency, several training courses were implemented during the past week, specifically on November 24, 2024, in the capital city, Tripoli. These courses included:

• Internal Audit Course
• Electronic Archiving and Management Course
• Project Management Course (ongoing until the end of the week)
• International License Course (still ongoing)
• Air Pressure Course (included practical training at the company headquarters on Airport Road)
• Mini MBA in Finance
• Mini MBA in Human Resources

Training will continue, God willing, until the end of December 2024.

For areas outside Tripoli, training courses in Microsoft programs continued in the cities of Al-Khums, Misrata, and Zawiya.

Thus, we have successfully completed a set of training courses, and we continue to work on completing the remaining courses within the second phase of the training plan.
