Conclusion of the Training Program in the Eastern Region

On Saturday, December 13, 2024, a group of trainees from the Ajdabiya Operations Coordination completed an intensive training program titled “Administrative Skills and Computer Basics,” provided by Al-Entlaqah for Training and Professional Development for the users of Ajdabiya Operations Coordination affiliated with Libya Oil Company, under the supervision of the Human Resources Department.

The Training and Development Department targeted the majority of the company’s users to enhance their competencies in this field in line with OLA Energy’s plans to increase production rates and improve service quality through automating all financial and administrative procedures for all company sites.

The trainees received intensive training courses for 3 consecutive weeks in preparation for the strategic plan for the coming year.
