On Saturday, August 26, 2023, Chairman Khalifa Al-Shaibani, Board Member Osama Beit Al-Mal, and General Manager Dr. Mohamed Abukhreis met with directors and managers from the Central Region Management to discuss and address various challenges and issues faced by the Central Region. The meeting aimed to establish a framework for resolving these issues and enhancing cooperation and communication with all relevant departments.

Key topics discussed included providing healthcare for company employees, training users, and upgrading and developing stations in the Central Region. Agreements were made to streamline procedures between the Central Region and various departments at the General Administration in Tripoli, grant more authority to regions for debt collection, and ensure the smooth supply of services to Libyan citizens in their areas.

Chairman Al-Shaibani emphasized the importance of constructive communication with relevant authorities and supporting regions to avoid centralization of decision-making, except in sovereign matters. The meeting concluded with an agreement to continue these meetings and encourage daily communication between the executive management and regional administrations to meet needs and consider the circumstances of employees in distant areas.

These efforts aim to elevate the company’s standards, develop its stations, and increase revenue sources, positioning Libya Oil as one of the leading competitors in this field. Based on these frequent visits to company sites and offices, necessary decisions and regulations will be implemented to organize work and provide a suitable working environment for Libya Oil employees across Libya. We wish everyone success.
